A Well-Marked Door

Pure Luv & Beyond is built around a simple idea: love should not require you to abandon yourself.

I believe in loving deeply, caring for other people and building meaningful relationships. But I also believe self-love comes first.

That means learning to give yourself what you need before you have given everything away. Listening when your body says no.

Paying attention when your life no longer fits. Protecting your time, energy, home, body and peace without needing to prove that you are a “good person” by exhausting yourself for everyone else.

You do not have to give someone the shirt off your back while you're standing there freezing.

And yes, I believe in love between two people.

I believe in partnership, divine union and building a life together. But I am far more interested in what two people can build when they each arrive as their healed versions of self than romanticizing two people trying to survive through one another.

Builder energy runs through everything I create here.

What are you building now?

Maybe it's a relationship.

Maybe it's a business.

Maybe it's your health.

Maybe it's your home.

Maybe it's financial independence.

Maybe it's a completely different version of your life.

Whatever it is, I hope something here helps you build it without disappearing inside it.

Before You Email Me

I'm probably a lot less available than the average Contact page makes a person sound.

I'm not running a customer-service empire from an inbox, and I'm not especially chatty online. Most of my time is spent creating, working on the farm, developing programs and guides, building the website, experimenting in the kitchen, learning something new or disappearing into one of my projects for far longer than I intended.

If you're interested in a particular guide, ritual, program or experience, please read its page first. I try to put the information you need there so you can decide for yourself whether it belongs in your life.

I also don't want to become another voice telling you what you “should” buy or which path you “should” take. Part of self-trust is learning to recognize what speaks to you without handing every decision to somebody else.

Find Me In The Wild

There isn't currently a Pure Luv & Beyond online community, membership chat or newsletter. I'm deliberately not creating spaces that require constant access to me before I'm ready to hold them well.

For now, social media is the easiest window into what I'm doing.

I occasionally share pieces of what's happening behind the scenes: new programs and strange little ideas taking shape, the farm, the barn, renovations, the test kitchen, creative work, things I'm learning, things I'm questioning and, inevitably, cats.

I spent a long time believing that love meant being endlessly accessible.

I don't believe that anymore.

Sometimes I'm creating. Sometimes I'm working. Sometimes I'm learning something new. Sometimes I'm outside, listening to music, cooking, taking a bath, walking the property, playing with the cats or doing absolutely nothing productive at all.

The programs I've created are here to support you in building a life that belongs to you.

And part of building mine has been learning that I don't have to be constantly available while I'm living it.

Some doors should be open. Some should be closed. Some relationships earn greater access as trust develops. Some questions can be answered by a page on a website.

And sometimes self-love looks remarkably ordinary:

putting the phone down and going back to your life.
