Welcome to Pure Luv and Beyond, where a once-forgotten cow barn is being transformed into a living sanctuary of creativity, healing, self-expression, and sensual reclamation. Nestled on 30 acres of upstate New York farmland, this former dairy farm—once home to more than 50 cows—is now becoming the foundation of a vision years in the making.

We’re rebuilding it bay by bay, turning each former milking stall into a sacred studio space. When you enter the barn, you’ll first step into Bay Zero—the future strip club studio designed not for show, but for healing, embodiment, and the reclaiming of feminine power. Just beyond it, you’ll find a serene yoga room, a hands-on crafting space, and a two-story sewing studio filled with fabric, thread, and everything needed to create beauty from scratch.

At the heart of the barn, we’re building 16 character rooms—each one designed for the distinct personalities Katrina Marie channels through her teachings. These characters, like Pure Faith, Pure Grace, and Pure Hope, each represent a different lesson in love, growth, and self-expression. These rooms will serve both as themed coaching studios and as cozy guest rooms for seasonal retreats, complete with futons, writing desks, and meaningful décor that reflects the soul of each woman portrayed. On the opposite side of the barn, across from Bay Zero, we're constructing a communal bathroom and laundry room—spaces that will serve our team and live-in work exchange crew. Further down is a multi-bay dressing room and costume loft, housing over 15,000 pieces of wardrobe collected over years of Katrina Marie’s fashion design, costuming, and Goodwill treasure hunts.

From there, you’ll enter the Red Room, a richly designed studio for sensual education, couples coaching, and sacred intimacy work. This space leads directly into the Game Room—a moody, masculine lounge for conversation, poker nights, or decompressing after deep healing work. At the end of that journey are our two silos, which will be transformed into intimacy dungeons—a bold and sacred invitation to release shame and reconnect with embodied pleasure.

The final section of the barn will include a communal gathering area, a men’s section, and an outdoor workspace with a mechanic station and woodshop for creative, hands-on farm work.

All of this is being built with intention, heart, and community. Much of our labor comes from live-in help who trade room and board to be part of this mission. It’s not a fast process—but it’s a sacred one. And we’re sharing the journey as it unfolds—raw, real, and in motion.
